We welcome you to complete and submit the form below, and you’ll be contacted within 72hrs to schedule a 1:1 virtual shopping experience, where you will have the opportunity to learn about our exclusive brand and products, and shop styles in our collection from the convenience of your home/office.

A virtual one-to-one presentation of our styles that fit your occasion, lifestyle and style preferences, followed by scheduling a fitting. Note: To protect our brand and products, we do not allow screen shots or recordings during our virtual presentation.

A 60 to 90min, 1:1 made-to-measure fitting in the convenience of your home/office, with our style catalog and sample styles you shopped. Fittings require a $100 non-refundable deposit, valid towards your order up to five days post fitting. We require at least 48 hours' notice of fitting cancellations or rescheduling for a deposit refund.

Once you have selected your suiting styles and color, an invoice with total order amount, minus your fitting deposit will be emailed to you. Full payment is required up front to proceed with production of your garment(s), during which we will keep you updated on the status of your order. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Request for order cancellation must be communicated via phone within 24hrs after placing order.

In five weeks, we deliver your garments you’ve been waiting for! While we strive to deliver within the expected time frame, production factors, such as materials availability, tailoring refinements, or factory holidays may result in additional lead time; we keep you informed throughout the process. Should your garments arrive with a fit or quality issue, we offer complimentary alterations or remakes to ensure your complete satisfaction. Requests for fit adjustments must be communicated by phone or email within 2 days of receiving your order, and garments must be unworn and in original condition.
